

If the problem is there this is the half with the problematic service. To do this place checks in one half of the services, then boot the computer. You then need to boot each half to see which half has the problematic service.

If you follow the instructions it will walk you through dividing the services in two parts. The rest of this a process of elimination. If the problem no longer persists the problem is with one of your third party services. At this point you need to restart the computer.
